What proposals and contracts cover

Packages clients pick, contracts they sign.

Proposals built from your own templates

Start from a template in your library instead of a blank page. Lay out the scope, then offer packages at different prices and optional add-ons the client can choose. Every proposal can be adjusted for the client in front of you.

  • TemplatesYour own proposal library
  • PackagesOptions at different prices
  • Add-onsOptional extras the client picks

A private link your client can answer

Each proposal has its own private link. Your client reads it, picks a package and any add-ons, then accepts, declines or asks for changes. You can see when it's been opened, so you know when to follow up.

  • LinkPrivate, one per proposal
  • ResponseAccept, decline or ask for changes
  • TrackingSee when it's been viewed

Contracts drafted in blocks, tied to the work

Draft contracts in a block builder, one clause at a time. Each contract is linked to the client, the project and the proposal it came from, so the paperwork sits right next to the job.

  • BuilderDraft in blocks, clause by clause
  • LinkedTo client, project and proposal
  • StatusDraft, out for signature, signed

E-signature, countersigned and filed

Send the contract through a private link, or let your client sign it in their portal. Once they've signed, you add your countersignature. You both get a signed PDF with a signing certificate.

  • SignBy private link or in the portal
  • CountersignYou sign after your client
  • RecordSigned PDF with a signing certificate
How it works

From proposal to signed, in three steps.

  1. Step 01

    Build the proposal

Start from your template, then offer packages and optional add-ons.

  2. Step 02

    Send the private link

Your client picks a package and accepts, and you see when they open it.

  3. Step 03

    Sign the contract

They e-sign, you countersign, and you both keep the signed PDF.

How it connects

Proposals and contracts sit between the lead and the work. An accepted proposal becomes the basis for the contract, and a signed contract gives the project a clear start, with the agreed scope attached.

Questions

Proposal and contract questions

Can clients sign proposals and contracts online?

Clients accept proposals through a private link. Contracts are e-signed, through their own private link or in the client portal, and you countersign once they have.

Do clients need an account to accept a proposal?

No. The private link is all they need to read the proposal, choose a package and respond. If they use your client portal, it's waiting there too.

Can clients choose between packages?

Yes. Offer packages at different prices, plus optional add-ons. The client picks what suits them before accepting, and you see exactly what they chose.

Will I know when a proposal has been opened?

Yes. View tracking shows when the client has opened the proposal, so you can follow up at a sensible moment instead of guessing.

What do I get once a contract is signed?

A signed PDF with a signing certificate, filed against the client, the project and the proposal it came from.
