The Meadow Desk leads board with inquiries sorted into stages
What the CRM keeps

Every inquiry, follow-up and client in one pipeline.

Every lead on a board, in a table, or one at a time

New inquiries land on a board you drag through your own stages. Switch to a table when you want to sort and scan. Or open focus view and work through leads one by one, with everything about each person in front of you.

  • BoardDrag leads through your stages
  • TableSort, filter and scan in rows
  • FocusOne lead at a time, history attached

Intake forms and follow-ups that run on time

Build an intake form, then link to its hosted page or embed it on your own site. Every submission becomes a lead with the source already filled in. From there, enroll the lead in a sequence of timed follow-up emails, written once as templates, and each one goes out when it's due.

  • SequencesTimed follow-ups, sent on schedule
  • TemplatesLead emails you write once

Shape the pipeline to how you sell

Name your own stages and sources. Add tags and custom fields for the details you care about, and note a reason when a lead is lost. Save the views you check most. Lead insights show conversion by source, so you know which channels bring work that closes.

One profile for every client

When a lead says yes, they become a client with a single profile. Every project, proposal, contract, invoice, file and note lives there, so the whole history is one click away. Coming from a spreadsheet? Import from CSV, and export whenever you like.

  • ExportTake your data out as CSV, any time
How it works

From first inquiry to client, in three steps.

  1. Step 01

    Capture the inquiry

A hosted or embedded intake form turns each submission into a lead, source filled in.

  2. Step 02

    Follow up on time

Enroll the lead in a sequence and each follow-up email goes out when it's due.

  3. Step 03

    Win the client

When they say yes, the lead becomes a client with one profile for all the work.

One thread, lead to paid

How it connects

The CRM is where the thread begins. A lead becomes a proposal, then a contract, then a project, and the client profile keeps every step, all the way to the paid invoice.

Questions

CRM questions

Is Meadow Desk a CRM or a project tool?

Both, on one desk. The CRM side handles leads, follow-ups and client profiles. The same records carry on into proposals, projects, time and invoices, so you never type a client in twice.

Can I capture leads from my website?

Yes. Build an intake form, then link to its hosted page or embed it on your site. Each submission creates a lead with its source filled in.

Can I bring my leads over from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Import leads from a CSV file, and export them again whenever you want. Your data stays yours.

Do follow-up emails send on their own?

When a lead is enrolled in a sequence, yes. Each email goes out at the time you set. Outside a sequence, you send lead emails yourself, from your templates.

Can I see which lead sources actually convert?

Yes. Lead insights show conversion by source, so you can tell which channels bring in work that closes, and which only bring in inquiries.
