Free time zone meeting planner. Pick your city, an hour and a date, compare up to three other cities, and see who is in working hours.

Find a call time that isn’t 6am for someone. Pick your city, an hour and a date, add up to three others, and see who’s at their desk.

## How to use it

1. Choose your city and the hour you’d like to meet.
2. Add up to three cities to compare, and pick the meeting date.
3. Look for an hour where everyone is in working hours, then confirm it before you send the invite.

## Time zone meeting planner FAQ

**Does it handle daylight saving time?**
Yes. Each city’s offset comes from its time zone rules for the date you pick, so a call in January and one in July can land at different local times. Confirm it in your calendar before you send the invite.

**How many cities can I compare?**
Your own city plus up to three others.

**What’s a good meeting time for the US and Europe?**
Late morning on the US East Coast is afternoon in most of Europe. 11am in New York is 4pm in London for most of the year.

**Which hours count as good?**
9am to 5pm shows as working hours, 7–9am and 5–8pm as the edges of the day, and the rest as off-limits.

**Can I use it to plan a recurring meeting?**
Yes, but check a date after the clocks change too. Countries start and end daylight saving time on different dates, so a slot that works in March can drift by an hour for a few weeks.
