More room for lead sequences without moving up a plan. ## Pricing FAQ **What's actually free on Solo?** Solo is free forever for one seat: leads, clients, proposals, contracts, projects, tasks, time tracking, files and invoices, plus 5 GB of file storage. It isn't a trial and it doesn't expire. **Do I need a card to start?** Not today: sign-ups are paused, so no plan takes a card right now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when they reopen; a paid plan then takes your card at checkout, right after you set up your studio. The free plan never needs a card. **What counts as a seat?** A person who signs in to your studio: a designer, a producer, a bookkeeper. Studio is $15 per seat per month and covers 2 to 25 seats; you only pay for seats you've filled. Past 25 seats, the next step is Business (5 to 100 seats): there's no per-seat add-on that stretches Studio further. **What happens when I add a teammate?** Solo and Pro are single-seat plans, so the second person moves you to Studio, $15 per seat per month, or $12 per seat per month on yearly billing ($144 a seat for the year), covering 2 to 25 seats. Bigger rosters move to Business (5 to 100 seats). **Can I export my data?** Yes. Leads export to CSV (and import the same way), every report exports to CSV and PDF, and Settings → Data packs the whole workspace - every record as CSV plus every uploaded file - into a ZIP the owner can download, once a day. **Is there a discount for yearly billing?** Yes, at least two months free on every paid plan, and more on some; the exact saving depends on the plan. Pro is $10 a month instead of $12 ($120 for the year, $24 less than paying monthly), Studio $12 per seat instead of $15 ($144 a seat for the year, $36 a seat less than paying monthly), Business $24 per seat instead of $29 ($288 a seat for the year, $60 a seat less than paying monthly). The yearly price is charged once, up front, for the whole year. The per-month figure is what it works out to. Solo is free on either cadence. **What if I run out of storage?** Storage add-ons are priced but not on sale yet. They'll stack on any plan, the free Solo plan included, so more space never means a tier jump. Until they are, a plan with more storage is the way to more room. Individual files are capped at 25 MB. **What happens when I reach my email allowance?** Every email your studio sends to a lead or client counts toward a monthly allowance: Solo 300 / month, Pro 2,000 / month, Studio 1,000 per seat / month, Business 3,000 per seat / month. The count resets on the 1st of each month. Once it's used up, lead emails, nudges, sequences and client emails pause until the reset (sequences pick up where they left off) or until you move up a plan. Invoices, receipts and portal invites always go out and still count, so the allowance never stands between you and getting paid.
