Meadow Desk (MeadowDesk) is all-in-one business software for freelancers and small creative studios. It runs one client from first inquiry to paid invoice on one record, in one flow: Lead → Proposal → Contract → Project → Time Tracking → Invoice → Payment. Each client can also follow the work in their own client portal: projects, files, proposals, contracts, invoices and messages.

1. Lead: inquiries arrive through intake forms and follow-up emails, and every client gets one profile.
2. Proposal: built from templates with packages and add-ons; the client picks and accepts through a private link.
3. Contract: e-signed by the client, with a signed PDF.
4. Project: tasks, files and a budget, filed against the client.
5. Time Tracking: a one-tap timer with billable and non-billable entries and weekly roll-ups.
6. Invoice: numbered invoices raised from tracked time, emailed with a PDF, with scheduled reminders and late fees.
7. Payment: the client pays the invoice online by card.
