Leads, intake forms, follow-up emails and one profile per client. A calm CRM for freelancers and small studios.

Keep every inquiry, follow-up and client in one quiet place. Meadow Desk keeps track of the pipeline, so you can get back to the work that pays.

## Every lead on a board, in a table, or one at a time

New inquiries land on a board you drag through your own stages. Switch to a table when you want to sort and scan. Or open focus view and work through leads one by one, with everything about each person in front of you.

- Board: Drag leads through your stages
- Table: Sort, filter and scan in rows
- Focus: One lead at a time, history attached

## Intake forms and follow-ups that run on time

Build an intake form, then link to its hosted page or embed it on your own site. Every submission becomes a lead with the source already filled in. From there, enroll the lead in a sequence of timed follow-up emails, written once as templates, and each one goes out when it's due.

- Forms: A hosted page, or embedded on your site
- Sequences: Timed follow-ups, sent on schedule
- Templates: Lead emails you write once

## Shape the pipeline to how you sell

Name your own stages and sources. Add tags and custom fields for the details you care about, and note a reason when a lead is lost. Save the views you check most. Lead insights show conversion by source, so you know which channels bring work that closes.

- Setup: Stages, sources, tags, custom fields
- Views: Saved views and lost reasons
- Insights: Conversion by source

## One profile for every client

When a lead says yes, they become a client with a single profile. Every project, proposal, contract, invoice, file and note lives there, so the whole history is one click away. Coming from a spreadsheet? Import from CSV, and export whenever you like.

- Profile: Projects, proposals, contracts, invoices, files, notes
- Import: Bring leads in from a CSV file
- Export: Take your data out as CSV, any time

## CRM questions

**Is Meadow Desk a CRM or a project tool?**
Both, on one desk. The CRM side handles leads, follow-ups and client profiles. The same records carry on into proposals, projects, time and invoices, so you never type a client in twice.

**Can I capture leads from my website?**
Yes. Build an intake form, then link to its hosted page or embed it on your site. Each submission creates a lead with its source filled in.

**Can I bring my leads over from a spreadsheet?**
Yes. Import leads from a CSV file, and export them again whenever you want. Your data stays yours.

**Do follow-up emails send on their own?**
When a lead is enrolled in a sequence, yes. Each email goes out at the time you set. Outside a sequence, you send lead emails yourself, from your templates.

**Can I see which lead sources actually convert?**
Yes. Lead insights show conversion by source, so you can tell which channels bring in work that closes, and which only bring in inquiries.
